Design

Mitsubishi Motors launched the all new facelift Grandis MPV in the 4th Quarter of 2007.The Grandis is powered by the 2.4L MIVEC (Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing Electronic Control) engine. Sleek, futuristic designs on the outside, ergonomically designed in the inside. It is mated to an INVECS-II (Intelligent & Innovative Vehicles Electronic Control System) with Sport Mode 4-speed automatic transmission. The MPV is capable of a maximum output of 165PS (121kW) at 6000rpm and peak torque of 217Nm (22.1kg-m) at 4000rpm.

 

Safety

Safety features of the Grandis, include Mitsubishi’s acclaimed RISE (Re-inforced Impact Safety Evolution) body structure, ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), front, side and curtain airbags, and 3-point seat belts in all positions including pre-tensioners and force limiters for the driver and front passenger.
